• My responsibilities include deal sourcing for the firm, which include financing for public and private companies. The firm has mandates from private equity funds for these deals that allocate equity, mezzanine, bridge, and debt financing. • The firm works in conjunction with Bathgate Capital Partners our broker/dealer, which has done over 1 billion in financings for public companies over the years.• My responsibilities are writing and reviewing engagement letters to prospective client companies, analyzing company balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reviewing SEC filings such as 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K's, and negotiating contract terms with executive management of companies.
