Grape spirit endows our gin with a smoother mouthfeel and an elegant, lingering palate that is supremely enjoyable either neat or as the base of your favorite cocktail. Our spirits are designed to be deliciously approachable using only the finest ingredients we can source (locally whenever possible) to produce pure liquid evocations of our home. Deeply linked to our unique terroir, our goal is to create drinking experiences that complement the seasons and build a narrative of deep connection to the land.
