Capuchino High School Mentorship Program (CHSMP) is a nonprofit Booster Group, under the Capuchino High School Alumni Association (CHSAA). Established in 2019, our Leadership team is headed by alumni and includes current CHS students and staff. Our mission is to aid CHS students in their transition to college by mobilizing our alumni network to help.As alumni who've faced our own set of personal challenges applying and transitioning to college, we were inspired to help guide future CHS students embarking on a similar journey. We recognize our students come from different socioeconomic backgrounds and may not share the same privileges as their peers. Therefore, we approach mentorship with equity as a priority.Our team values maintaining an open line of communication with students to clearly understand their needs. We believe that creating resources driven by their feedback is the best way for us to maximize impact helping our students.
