The company KI-Klebebänder International Wolfgang Cardinal e.K. was founded in 1988 on 1 April as a pure distribution company by Wolfgang Cardinal in the Bergisch town of Wuppertal. Characterized by many years of experience and expert knowledge, the company has grown into a specialized dealer of technical adhesive tapes and convinces through customer proximity and fast decision-making processes.This enables us to act promptly and particularly flexibly in the market on behalf of our customers, to accompany their demanding technical developments and to develop customer-specific solutions.As a specialized dealer and converter of technical adhesive tapes and individual product solutions, our company cooperates with international companies. Important export markets include Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Finland, the Czech Republic and Russia.The basis for highest customer satisfaction is formed by constantly increasing quality demands as well as consistent execution of our quality work by our employees. However, not only our quality demands are increasing, but also those of our customers. As a result, the ISO 9001 quality management system was introduced in 1998 in order to optimise our requirements within the technical area and, last but not least, to improve internal processes. In January 2017 we again proved that the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 are fulfilled.On the first of January 2012 the sole proprietorship „KI-Klebebänder International Wolfgang Cardinal e.K." became „Klebebänder International GmbH". In addition, our management received a valuable reinforcement from Dipl.-Ök. Tim Cardinal. Only three years later, in 2015, we decided to change the company name from Klebebänder International GmbH to cardinal GmbH in the course of our growth. We can be found online and in the social media under cardinal TAPES. It is our goal to continue the successful development of the last years with the name change
