Career22 is an online staffing solution that finds and pre-qualifies job candidates by using the power of crowd-sourcing. Career22's proprietary crowd-sourced proficiency exam process allows employers to post a job and have the job candidates interview each other for that potential position. Each candidate is required to create and provide answers to a proficiency exam that will test another candidate's proficiency in subject matters that will relate to the job at stake. Then each candidate has to answer the questions that were developed by their competition. This process allows employers to funnel out unqualified candidates and find candidates that are adept in the subjects that will actually apply to the job.
