Caribbean CXO is a non-profit media platform that spotlights innovators with Caribbean roots through insightful and thought-provoking conversations about success. Our mission is to foster community among the global Caribbean diaspora through a series of in-depth interviews with our commendable guests. We feature A-list influencers who represent a variety of industries and cultural backgrounds. New episodes are released on the first Sunday of every month; however, we aim to provide a singular, inclusive platform that keeps the conversation going all year long. People from all around the globe were brought to the Caribbean due to European Imperialism, starting as early as 1492. After hundreds of years of history, what has resulted is a truly multicultural demographic. Many of these people are still inhabiting the Caribbean, while others have migrated to other corners of the globe. They bring their rich heritage and values along with them and reap tremendous success. Meanwhile, the Caribbean is mostly known for its tourism and agriculture assets. Today, the world does not see the Caribbean as a source of intellectual, forward-thinking, or even ambitious talent. And that is simply untrue.There are multicultural, multiethnic, and multitalented Caribbean innovators who are changing our world and impacting society. Caribbean CXO aims to elevate the Caribbean diaspora by creating awareness of these innovators within our community.WHY NOW?Thanks to mass media and the rise of the internet, it has become easier than ever for global communities to form online. Yet, when you ask a Caribbean person where they might go to learn about successful people within our community, there is no singular platform at the top of their mind.Stories that can be inspirational and motivating for the youth, professionals, and other Caribbean communities worldwide are being left untold. There has not been a platform for our community to know itself. That is what Caribbean CXO aims to improve.
