Caring Organizations LLC is an extension of a developing 'Thought Leadership' practice grown during my Ph.D. candidacy while researching and writing on a dissertation on Leadership impact on Critical Access Hospitals in rural America when considering industry complexities. The Ph.D. is in Business Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership in addition to a Board Certification in Healthcare Management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). I hope to help rural healthcare leaders that care, achieve success for all by building work that is significant and meaningful to those that make things happen everyday in their business. At the end of the day, people want to feel like what they do matters!
