Carl Fismer Expeditions is a non-profit corporation providing education on archaeological explorations through active research of manuscripts, charts, historical ship documents and folklore. We provide this information by presenting live media interviews, lectures and slideshows at schools, libraries and other public venues. These presentations focus on the history and the people of foregone generations. They also highlight the geographical, economical, and social aspects of that generation. Currently artifacts from previous expeditions are on loan to museums across America for the education and edification of the public.We take advantage of various social media outlets such as discussion forums, blogs and social networking sites. We also chronicle our efforts and activities on the corporation's website. One feature that will be incorporated into the website is an educational essay written by professionals such as marine historians, and explorers in the same or related field(s).
