We're C.A.R.M.A.: Chicks Advocating Regional Music & Arts. ~ Formed in South Carolina's Upstate, CARMA is an organization of women enhancing our quality of life by enjoying and supporting regional music and art. Our organization has hosted 10 music and arts festivals, numerous ladies' jam and open jams throughout Spartanburg County and promoted live music events in Upstate SC for nearly every day for 6+ years.
