Whether its a 'grab and go' moment or an indulgent get together, our mission is to add a little extra quality to proceedings.The first product offerings are Calabrian Olive Oil and Craft Coffee. Our single origin olive oil (EVOO) is harvested in the Calabrian region of Italy in groves with trees over a thousand years old. This premium olive oil is delicate enough to dress the finest salads and robust enough to stand up to high temperatures like grilling.Both our coffee blends are complex and well balanced, a coffee connoisseur once simplified it for us on a farm in Colombia: "There are many flavor notes locked inside a coffee bean but ultimately we are always striving for sweetness in the cup".Family Blend:This is a full bodied sweet and chocolatey blend that is perfect for espresso but equally great however you wish to brew it, believe us it's been tried and tested. Quality is paramount and protecting all that is locked within that bean means not over roasting, some refer to a 'dark roast' this coffee would fall into that category.Guest Blend:This well balanced blend Is designed to showcase the intrinsic sweetness and lively fruit flavors. Milk chocolate, mandarin and apple tasting notes. Sophisticated with high definition and clarity, enjoyable anytime of the day. Some refer to a 'light roast' this coffee would certainly fall into this category.
