What is Caroami?Caroami, is an application to aid in resolving interpersonal conflict within an organization, using Crowdsourcing, Third Party Neutrals, AI, and a web/mobile interface. It features a mobile app available to Colleges and Universities for their private use in student dorms. There is no longer the need to call a Resident Assistant or home. How does it work? Once Party A, the end user, selects his/her conversation partner, Party B, they are connected in a chat room of their own. Both Parties personalize their conflict resolution experience so that they feel they are supported by either friends and/or the AI, who will guide their conversation.
