Customized private yoga lessons. One-on-one, small groups, corporate classes, special events, local & international retreats. Our classes are uniquely designed to suit every clients individual interests and needs. We aim to make yoga accessible to all and help students restore and maintain physical, mental and emotional balance. Sessions include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting, meditation, yoga philosophy and end in deep rest. We offer programs to support any lifestyle and conditions. Some of the conditions we work with: anxiety, depression, stress management, fertility, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, multiple sclerosis, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, overwhelm, eating disorders, etc.
