We develop and execute business training programs to improve organizational productivity through better customer service, sales, leadership, team and morale building, conflict resolution, and presentation and communication skills for all levels of employees from entry-level to executive approach. Our training approach includes a blend of conventional and relevant training content with experiential and improvisation techniques to ensure "learning by doing" instead of the stagnant and sedentary that often happens in other training programs. Opportunities for our training services include employee orientations, reorganizations, product launches, conference break out sessions, Lunch & Learns, professional development requirements and trainer the trainer needs. Our entertainment division customizes entertainment programs for annual meetings, conferences, awards events. Our Myrtle Beach location includes a 75-seat theater for public and private events, in addition to personal and professional classes for adults.
