Carolina Pavement was founded by Ken and Sandy Clark in 1998. The Clarks had as their mission to develop a family business that could provide an important service to its customers by providing excellent service and quality. Ken brought to the company a sales background and Sandy had the business background. What they learned quickly is that customer service is the most important element in growing a business. With the help of Sandy's father and a few customers that were willing to give Carolina Pavement an opportunity, Carolina Pavement grew from a one person crew to multiple crews available to provide asphalt maintenance service for customers in the triangle and throughout the southeast region of the United States.Carolina Pavement has developed into a full service asphalt maintenance company for commercial and airport customers. Carolina Pavement is determined to meet or exceed its customer's expectations. We have experienced a growth of at least twenty percent each year and are proud to service over 2,000 customers.
