Carolina Stars is a Women's Professional Team in Columbia playing in the WMLBA."WE ARE BASKETBALL" We're big believers in the trans-formative power of the game of basketball. As is our mission statement, we strive "to develop women of excellence by taking their craft to the highest level of performance." Time and time again, devotion to the game and one's craft has produced positive results in players' lives and for those around them. We believe that cultivating a passion for the game not only makes for a better on-court product for fans, but it also connects players to their inner joy of playing basketball. During a three-month season, and a season showcase for players to have the opportunity to play in many major US cities. The inaugural season is scheduled to tip off May 13, 2017.
