Our multi award-winning ice creams and sorbets are hand made on our working dairy farm in West Sussex. Since launching in 2008, we've come a long way but we still make our ice cream in exactly the same method – using only the milk from our cows at Chalder Farm. Our wonderful dairy team combine this with the best natural ingredients and locally produced fruit to make over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream and four refreshing sorbets so you're bound to find a flavour that hits the spot! Our herd of beautiful dairy cows graze on the water meadows of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, producing rich creamy milk, which makes our luxury ice cream taste like no other. Every process from milking the cows through to the finished ice cream tub, is carried out on the farm itself by a small team of passionate ice-cream makers. Every flavour is cleverly crafted using the finest natural ingredients, made in small batches to give you the ultimate smooth luxury ice cream we're famous for. With varieties ranging from the classic Double Dairy, Belgium Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to the exotic Sea Buckthorn and Stem Ginger, Lime & Chilli there is something to tickle all taste buds! We love creating new flavours and experimenting with ideas so look out for new seasonal specials throughout the year.You can find us at South East National Trust properties, Southern Co-Operative stores and many local eateries, farm and village shops.
