Our aim is to design spaces that are loved. Our work is always a collaboration between client and designer / designer and builder. We have worked on residential, commercial and restaurant projects in New York and abroad. While we are minimalists at heart, we don't strive to have a domineering style; each space is an intuitive response to the lives, businesses and personalities of our clients. We are lucky to work with some of the best - and most inspiring – young chefs and business owners in New York and we hope that our work absolutely reflects their talents. Our work is not driven by ego; we strongly believe in solutions over opinions. C&M is the work of husband and wife team Sarah Carpenter and Chris Horger and is run out of their storefront office in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
