The Carpineto farming operation was established in Greve in Chianti (Firenze) in 1967 by the Sacchet and Zaccheo families. With 500 hectares of sustainably farmed land, spread amongst 5 estates in the regions of Chianti Classico, Alto Valdarno, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and Maremma, the wines include historic appellation wines, favorite 'Super-Tuscans' such as Dogajolo and Farnito, as well as the Appodiati Single Vineyard Collection and olive oil. Carpineto exports to over 70 countries in the world and is carbon neutral as well as IFS and ISO 9001 certified.
