After an experience of over 15 years in real estate, Gabriele Carratelli, who dreamed, created, really wanted this company and that he was born in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, decided to specialize in consulting for the sale of "special" properties, targeted to italian and foreign customers. Gabriele loves houses, that consider not only "work" but unique objects. Our Company deals with all properties that for characteristics, location and details have been reputed of a medium-high standard while using the "Luxury Homes" brand, existing since 2005, takes care of more selected buyers by offering high-level properties, characterized by important architectural elements in exclusive locations that distinguish them from others, and for this reason can be identified as prestigious and luxurious properties. We also provide our clients with the services of our higly professional partners' network: legal support, fiscal and financing consultancy, restyling and interior design. Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio are currently the region where we operate and where we easily find those properties that the market requires. In all other regions, but only where location, unique architecture and aesthetics blend nicely, we are able to work through serious and professional partners. To be able to manage in the best way the property we treat the sale and to carefully follow our dear customers buyers we have offices in Rome, Pienza, Argentario, and in Florence soon. We also use the external collaboration of selected Company Real Estate Brokerage that support us to find those properties that our loyal customers demand.
