No less important due to the influence of multi-cultural exchange, global economic flows and communication technologies that as a whole require new forms of architectural and urban organization.We believe that in order to face the challenges of today, architecture can move profitably in a field that has been largely unexplored. A pragmatic utopian architecture that stays away from the petrified pragmatism of boring boxes and naive utopian ideas of digital formalism. As a form of programmatic alchemy we create architecture mixing conventional ingredients such as life, leisure, work, parking and shopping. We, the architects, must once again find the freedom to change the surface of our planet, to adapt better to contemporary ways of life.
