At Carringtons Coffee Co. we roast single origin specialty coffees for all brewing methods including cold brew coffee. As small-batch coffee roasters we hand-roast fully traceable coffees from single estates and cooperatives all over the world, each with unique flavour profiles and characteristics. Carringtons Coffee Co. makes all efforts to source, roast and package coffee in a sustainable and eco-friendly way. In 2019 Carringtons Coffee Co. travelled to Colombia to visit a friend's coffee farm in Huila. It was here that the foundations of Carringtons Coffee Co. were built.Seeing first hand how coffee is cultivated enabled us to gain a greater appreciation for the farmer and the potential of raw, specialty-grade coffee. This relationship fostered a responsibility to find only the best specialty coffees whilst working towards our goal of importing raw coffee directly from the farm in Huila, Colombia.
