The company recognises a shortage of skilled personnel in the industry who can fulfil Operational Shift Relief and Support needs and have built a dedicated team who can offer the following skills:• Electrical shift relief• CHPP Operator Maintainer relief• TLO Operators/Dozer Operators• Maintenance personnel (fitters/boilermakers/electricians/TA's• Electrical Planners/Electrical Maintenance• CHPP lab technicians• Trainer AssessorsTraining ServicesThe company can offer the following () in relation to safety and training:- The company has a Third Party Agreement with an RTO for the provision of training and assessment and issuing of Statements of Attainment. - We offer CHPP specific training material design for Units of Competencies and Safe work instructions for addition to your sites SHMS. - Auditing of CHPP workforce with a Training Needs Analysis to determine training gaps and assist in facilitating training to fill gaps.- skills and database management to ensure training requirements maximise safe productivity- Site based training support for all CHPP skill sets.
