People have begun to gather as we bring in some of the world's most intriguing coffees, roast them delicately, brew them with precision, and serve them with a smile.Everything we do, from sourcing to roasting to brewing, is done with a value for transparency, education, and craftsmanship. We want our customers to know where their coffee came from –– how it was produced and by whom. We want to teach our customers about how we brewed their coffee and help them to create a coffee bar at home. And we want to maintain conscientious focus in everything we do.
