Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Kay & Noble Counties serves as a voice for some of the most vulnerable children in our community. CASA makes sure these children receive the critical support services they deserve by providing them with a volunteer advocate; an everyday citizen who champions their best interests and fights for their right to a happy, safe life.Our mission is to speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children by providing quality volunteer advocates who work toward a safe, permanent home as soon as possible for each child. Kay County ranked #10 in Oklahoma in 2014 for the number of cases investigated for child abuse and/or neglect by DHS Child Welfare Services.
