Cascina Degli Ulivi is a biodynamic farm, located on the hills of Gavi region (South Piedmont, Italy), with 22 ha of vineyards. Stefano Bellotti has been producing fine wines respectful of nature for more than 40 years, and is now a reference on the biodynamic wine scene. We produce wine without any additive, and we consider the soil as a living organism belonging to the cycle of every living thing. We work as a self-sufficient farm, growing our own vegetables and cereals, breeding animals for milk, meat and eggs, and making our own bread and cheese. The public is welcome to discover our philosophy at the farm, to buy our produce, and to taste at our restaurant flavorful regional recipes made of the living products of our land. For those needing rest and relaxation amidst the countryside, a stay with us is ideal. A holiday time at a farm is not only pleasant but also regenerating and can be a magical opportunity to enjoy a direct contact with nature and to preserve a rurality constantly threatened of extinction.
