Complicated, multi-disciplinary projects are our specialty; Casper project managers ensure that your project is well organized and supported by technical staff. Ongoing reviews of the key metrics and KPIs keep budget and timeline on track. Subcontractor Oversight: Our team has hundreds of thousands of hours of subcontractor management experience, with risk profiles ranging from mild to extreme. We have a proven record of pre-qualifying, selecting, mentoring and overseeing the contractors on every possible worksite, from oilfield to oilsands.
