Our experts are creating incomparable wines, led by the example of Constantin Mimi, the greatest wine-maker of the XX-th century. The property is included in Top 15 most beautiful wineries of the world, where the past & future meet the present to offer a truly incomparable experience. In 2011 one of the most ambitious restoration projects in Moldavian history begun, at the end of which Castle Mimi got back its charming appearance from the beginning of the last century.The winery went through an intense modernization process, being endowed with best advanced equipment for wine production, storage and bottling, that are unique in Moldova. Today, the Castle is a tourist complex that lays on a surface of 10 hectares. It features wine tasting rooms, a restaurant, an event hall, museum, accommodations, SPA, cellars, and other.
