Mezzanine debt or preferred equity are also possible depending on return on cost and investment expected. Castlebridge Capital TM can provide funding for projects located across the continental United States. Typical transactions will require a favorable per square foot basis, significant cash flow coverage, pre-leasing and pre-sales. Depending on the strength of the Sponsor, quality of tenancy and placement within the market and submarket, Castlebridge Captial TM provides up to 90% of the required equity, and up to 75% of debt to cost depending on project DCR.
