Catalyst is Victoria's go-to training facility for educated fitness, topped with floor-to-ceiling windows granting a stunning waterfront view during your workouts. The smaller space is perfect for those wanting a more personal, non-intimidating setting; this is the gym where everyone knows each other by name. Furthermore, the Personal Trainers will always be around to help you if you need assistance - or, you can attend classes (included in the membership) to learn proper movement mechanics. Highly educated in unique backgrounds, Catalyst Personal Trainers can offer an array of expertise that will cater to anyone: the athlete, the newcomer, the group fitness enthusiast, the injured (to name a few). We focus on educating our clients, with each workout having a purpose. We want you to succeed.Lastly, in order to focus on our community and the relationships we build with our clientele we have a limited membership availability.
