In 2016 I opened Catriona (initially H'evans Truffles). After cancer I turned my passion for baking into a business and began teaching myself to work with chocolate. In 2019 I began making proper tablet fudge which has proved hugely popular. I handcraft indulgent truffles, truffle filled chocolates and proper tablet fudge for corporate gifts & wedding favours. The fudge is also available to buy wholesale and can be bought in The Wickerman gift shop. I look forward to scaling the business and collaborating with others, passionate about their industry.
