Cavalry is a mobile app developed to assist users (primarily users of color) before, during, and after a police incident. Before - We provide education around keeping safe and knowing your rights during a police encounter.During - We notify their user's emergency network with an SMS containing GPS/location, as well as audio recording the police encounter and saving that audio to the cloud. After - We provide a way to "rate" the police incident, and providing easy connections with lawyers in the area. By compiling police incident data, we can then deliver it to the appropriate leadership/government in the area.We've carefully put together a team including police officers and lawyers to guide us towards the best possible product. Cavalry's goal is to help ensure "Justice for all."
