Our office actuates in the areas of architecture, interior design, master-planning & urban design and in the development of projects in partnership with European architectural offices to build their projects in Brazil.The work developed with these offices consists of: - the elaboration of construction drawings, from the Tender Project to the detailing, developed after schematic design supplied; - the co-ordination of all the other projects involved (local consultants and engineers);- reviewing the documents, making all the technical information generated compatible; - construction site supervision. Furthermore, we guide the hiring of engineering offices, indicating professionals in all specialities areas. We establish contact with suppliers and companies not only to build the project but also to make the interior design.We count on a team of architects that are highly experienced in large scale projects in the area of Hotel Designing, who are skillful in a number of languages: English, French, Spanish and Italian, thus guaranteeing an precise understanding of what is proposed by our partners in their projects.
