Caveman Industries is getting serious.It all started at a campfire in France. After having worked in the forest all day, we were grilling ducks chests. The brids tend to burn rather quick due to their fat skin. To avoid the breasts to burn we made a grill which we adjust in heigth by hand. There and then the idea was born. Build our own perfect grill. 12 month later the first prototype was ready. After launching The Original Caveman the question came if we could make a Caveman for professional indoor kitchens. The first Caveman Custom Grill is being places at Ron's Gastrobar in Amsterdam. Since the Original is, with its weight of just over 170 kg a serious mother fucker of a grill, we developed a slighter smaller version. The Caveman Home. The Home is only 2/3 the size of the original and with a weight of just under 115 kg still damn heavy.People are getting into outdoor kitchens more and more, so we developed a table top version as well. It can be easily installed in existing or to be made kitchens.And last but certainly not least, we developed the Naked. The Naked Caveman is place over a campfire or any fire place big enough to heat the bare Grill.Wanna see and taste the real thing? Marco Polman is firering an Original at the Rolling Kitchens event in Amsterdam the coming days.
