Cayley Aeronautical Associates, LLC was formed because we saw the chaos of the quick reaction program world, and the stagnant and innovative-less environment that this creates. From this experience, we knew there was a better way, a simple and elegant solution to these common problems, and we have set out to provide those solutions.We believe that mission systems CAN be integrated into a given platform in both an elegant design and in a maintenance and user-friendly way. These designs CAN be adaptable and that the program does NOT need to come to a halt because the size of a system component has changed by half of an inch. We believe that a small, talented engineering and integration team can out perform any prosaic 30-person team, and that team (as well as our customer) can actually enjoy the experience.Common sense is not dead in engineering.
