CAZEJAS is a Gourmet restaurant that serves Lentil stew as it´s single menu per day but an exquisite variety of menus for each day, with lentils as specialty focus, venturing on different flavors and recipes.\ \Each stew is made up of a cylinder of rice which goes to the bottom of the vessel, go the lentils go on the first level surrounding the rice, on the second level goes the meat on one side and ripe banana on the other. The rice and the ripe maintain every day, the lentils flavor vary each day (honey mustard lentils, classic, BBQ lentils, Thai, etc.) and the meats (ground meat, stripped meat, chopped, breaded chicken, stripped chicken, etc.)
