CB1 Botanicals is pioneering the development of multi-compound (MCT) cannabis therapeutics. Our mission is to advance the current understanding of naturally derived plant compounds that can be used for ongoing research, primarily focused on the phenomenon of the entourage effect and it's capacity to modulate inflammatory pathways within several disease models. In order to achieve this goal, we are collaborating with leading universities and research facilities across a broad spectrum of research areas, such as the TCD (Trinity College Dublin) School of Medicine and Neuroimmunology, UCD (University College Dublin) department of Genetics and Molecular Biology, the PMBRC (Pharmaceutical and Molecular Biotechnology Research Centre). Our research outcomes provide accurate phytochemical combinations that display efficacy in therapeutic synergy (TS). TS is determined when the therapeutic window obtained using the optimum combination cannot be achieved using any single molecule or phytochemical within the concentration range. Optimal concentration formulas can be found to control the physiological state of in vitro models.
