We provide management and maintenance of Facilities, Buildings, Equipment and Grounds. Any equipment agreed upon will be kept in good working order. We can also provide scheduled preventive maintenance during regular business hours with the schedule to be based on the specific needs of the customer and their warranties. Additionally, we provide unscheduled remedial maintenance ("on-call service") when needed.We also conduct Audits for identifying issues for correction and maintain a spreadsheet, and/or online software, that can track action items for the our partnership to act on. We preform Preventative Maintenance work and management as assigned by the customerGeneral maintenance tasks. Project management as well as Project direction and oversight of Vendors and suppliers of services and goods We attend Central leadership meetings as needed. Emergency call outs where the customer needs our assistance, whether it is facility management work, maintenance, physically on the Customer site, or remote. Our current Service Territory consists of the towns, cities, municipalities of Longmont, CO, Berthoud, CO, Loveland, CO, Ft. Collins, CO, Timnath, CO, Windsor, CO, and Greeley, CO. Don't worry, if you have operations and facilities outside our current territory, we'll figure it out!Any other service outside the FM Services will need to be quoted and accepted by the Customer as a separate project.We train our employees! Trained Employees- we make sure our employees are properly qualified and will use reasonable care in the performance of his or her duties. All of our employees will be safety trained and will expect a safe working environment.
