We work with companies with 10-50 employees to monitor and manage the technology they use to run their business, from computers to software and everything in between. This includes keeping copies of your important data in multiple locations and keeping your software up to date. We also provide ways to keep that equipment and information secure, whether it is in your office or hosted by a vendor, and work with you to develop a plan to respond to technology failures or incidents. We do not need to have someone at the business location and can provide services remotely, rather than you having to hire a full-time employee. There is a give and take between strategy and IT needs for a business as it grows. We start by evaluating your current business's technology. We then discuss what your business would like to achieve in the future and create a plan to get there. As the business ebbs and flows through its growth, we regularly evaluate its environment and adjust that plan. This helps to keep the IT aligned with the business throughout its life. We evaluate, monitor, and triage the health and reliability of the business's technology using a proprietary tool containing over 400 questions, combining CBTech's expertise with industry and vendor best practices. Additionally, the person answering the phone or responding to your ticket will be the person solving the problem. Pricing is based on how many people work in the business, and a contract for services is agreed upon by the business owner. The yearly contract has a 30 day written notice cancellation policy.
