From the Diversity and Inclusivity element of sport to mentoring programmes and Corporate Motivational Speaking.Crista brings a wealth of experience gained on the hockey field into a business environment. She is a polished and confident speaker, adept at covering Leadership, Performance Teamwork and Motivation. Having worked in a business environment for many years alongside her sport, she is totally at ease in the corporate world. She has found her ‘calling' through being able to help others be better equipped to fulfil their true potential. Underpinned by both her success as an elite sportswoman and her engaging breadth of interests Crista is charismatic, persuasive and articulate in her delivery.
