AAP also manages Campus Life Fund II, a non EB-5 real estate investment fund focused on student housing.Rick Michaels is the co-founder of the National Cyber Partnership (NCP) and the National Cyber Institute (NCI), both non-profit entities focused on education, training, certification, clearances, and research. The University of South Florida is a co-founder of NCI. He is also co-founder of CyberStratos, LLC., a recently formed company to provide advisory and consulting services to Cyber companies.
