Cedar Gold Medical Solutions is a "Shared Services- BPO" Organization positioned to assist our clients in the delivery and administration of care primarily in Post-Acute model. Cedar Gold has strategically aligned and partnered with Healthcare Organizations with National Brand Recognition in Triage- Telemedicine Patient Care, Charting- Reimbursement and Billing, Specialty Lab Services, HIE Interoperability, and distribution entities to deliver exceptional patient care, while maximizing efficiencies and revenue. As payer sources transition from fee-for-services to value based payment models, Post-acute Care Providers face declining reimbursement rates. With the Jan 2017 effective date for MACRA/MIPS and APM's expectation and revenues are greatly affected by what happens to the patient, after they have been discharged from the hospital and flow into the Post-Acute arena. Cedar Gold Medical Solutions and Partners assists our clients in their effort to keep patients from bouncing back to the hospital utilizing Post-Acute tools for Tele Med, home health engagements, CCM-TCM.
