At CEE2, we deeply believe that all innovative technologies are built for the enrichment of life and improvement of experience. Over the past decade, wireless technology has a trememdous development, in which people are connected to different dimension of networking such as facebook, Whatsapp, IPTV, etc. Nevertheless, the increase in multimedia content has created a renewed interest in quality assessment. However, there is a main different from the traditional quality assessment approaches which is network centric approaches. As now, quality assessment emphasizes more user experience instead. At CEE2, we strongly believe that both network centric analysis and user experience analysis are equally important as they are tightly coupled. With such, a group of experience and innovative engineers and specialists joined force together and established CEE2 focusing on the development of tools and platforms for QoE (Quality of Experience) and QoS (Quality of Service). With the combined experience of more than 50 years, we strive for the highest standard of quality to provide state-of-art technology to serve our valued customer.
