The CELCO brand was established more than 40 years ago in 1981 by one of our industry’s first leaders, Carol Enters, who created the company to manage list brokerage and list management services for the nonprofit community. At the start of 2024, Andrew Giffen and Kelly Leech—both long time CELCO employees—were able to purchase CELCO from Barbara Sims through their entity AKWire, Inc.
