We strive to provide you with your dream party!Celebrations by Kimberly was established in 2009; however, our owner, Kimberly Branstetter, has been providing outstanding party and event planning, both local and out-of-state; since 2000 for private clients and companies head-quartered in the Portland, Oregon area. Our specialty is in the area of creating your fantasy event; be it a wedding reception, out-of-town corporate function, or bridal shower. Our regular customers particularly value our organization and attention to both budget and detail. Our business is located in Washougal, Washington, but we are available for local travel.
