Employment Relations ConsultancyCeletrum Consulting is a newly established employment relations consultancy with permanent consulting suites located in Lake Street, Caroline Springs, Victoria.Our goal at Celetrum Consulting is very simple. To provide positive outcomes to business when dealing with their workforce issues.Celetrum Consulting will be available to assist businesses in resolving their workforce challenges from 24 July 2017 once we have completed our office fit out.Celetrum Consulting will be available to provide consulting services whether it be on an ad hoc basis to put out spot fires or through the establishment of long term working partnerships with our clients (our preferred levels of service). Consultations are available via Skype, FaceTime, Phone or Face to Face in our offices. Should you have a workplace issue you need assistance with please contact us to organise a no obligation free initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) to discuss the issue.Partner clients will also have access to evening consultations, site visits as needed (travel costs outside Melbourne Metro) as well as access to our boardroom facilities if required (subject to availability). Our office is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport and 40 minutes from Avalon Airport.Assisting SMEs throughout the western suburbs of Melbourne and beyond to better understand their employment compliance obligations is one of our specialities. Another area of interest is Mental Health in the Workplace. When providing assistance to clients involving mental health employee matters Celetrum Consulting will donate 5% of consulting fees (mental health matters charges only) to mental health initiatives. Our focus will be to assist the employer in better understanding mental health and retaining their employees by providing the appropriate support and assistance.
