Our mission is to build a more inclusive environment and community for those affected by Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity in the Portland metro area. This is accomplished by bridging the gap in our community through partnering with local business and organizations through community engagement and events.Our vision is to unite and empower the Celiac and Gluten-Free community. This is accomplished by starting to right where we are in in our community in Portland, Oregon. We are working hands on in the community of which we are a part to spread awareness and acceptance of Celiac Disease and gluten intolerance. Ways in which we accomplish this goal are through providing gluten-free resources, uniting local gluten free businesses with the Celiac community and providing support to those affected by Celiac Disease.
