We are an open academic platform specialized in gene perturbation analyses and cell phenotype analysis by means of fluorescence imaging at the cellular level or whole-well signal measurement. To achieve the gene perturbations, we apply CRISPR-Cas9 gene modulation (knockout, gene repression and activation) and RNA interference screening (knockdown) as well as chemical screening and analyze cellular data to score hits (genes, drugs). Investigating human diseases at the molecular level, Identifying candidate therapeutic targets or lead molecules are our driving objectives.
