The establishment of CENTARES has the objective of using all experience and knowledge on the payment industry in Brazil accumulated through the last 17 years by Juan Fuentes and Reinaldo Assis to exploit services opportunities and become a new choice for several market segments. Juan Fuentes and Reinaldo Assis had management positions in large services organizations in Brazil, serving the most important customers in the country, for several services type as asset management, transactional services, help desk, repair and logistics. Their activities also covered support for services organizations in Latin America. By managing the whole cycle of a POS manufacturer for its local activities, Reinaldo Assis developed a deep knowledge of the payment industry on hardware, software, security and services. Juan Fuentes has a strong expertise in developing and managing services related to the needs on the support of electronic equipment installed countrywide, in order to meet the tight SLAs established as needs and differentiation of the targeted markets. CENTARES organization also aims the rational usage of the services providers' network of the payment industry for the distribution of related products and services for the existing infrastructure. In this strategy CENTARES already starts its activities with a first contract with the Telco industry and other new projects are already under development.
