CRG invests in the development of (i) residential projects targeted at different income classes, ranging from the low middle-income class to the high-income class, (ii) investments in commercial office buildings seeking above market average yields, (iii) Greenfield retail centers, looking for rental growth and capital gains in its disposition, (iv) built-to-suit and speculative logistics and warehouse assets, that will benefit from above market average yields and cap rate compression/capital gains in its disposition. CRG has successfully deployed capital in real estate and logistics projects that will generate over US$ 500 million in sales (VGV), in the next couple of years.
