Founded in 1982 and located on the capital campus of the California State University (CSU), the Center houses many different programs and events, such as the prestigious Capital Fellows Program, The LegiSchool Project, Legislative Staff Management Institute, a Visiting Scholar Program, The Envisioning California Conference and Speaker Series, and more.
